(DE) Community Radio
Freie Radios als eine Form von Community Radio gibt es im deutschsprachigen Raum seit den 70er Jahren. Seit den 00er Jahren haben sich jedoch auch etliche andere sich als Community Radios versehende Sender gegründet, die nicht im z.Bsp. Bundesverband freier Radios organisiert sind, wie z.Bsp. reboot.fm, Cashmere Radio, Refuge, Noods, Sphere oder Callshop Radio. Viele dieser Sender haben ein tendenziell jüngeres Team, sind gut auf Social Media vertreten, nicht selten mit Fokus auf DJ-Formaten, aber auch experimentellem, interkulturellem und ähnlichem politischen Anspruch wie freie Radios. In diesem Workshop wollen wir uns gegenseitig besser kennen und voneinander lernen. Was haben wir gemeinsam, was unterscheidet uns, wo und wie genau wollen wir in Zukunft vielleicht enger zusammen wirken?
Anja Thümmler ist seit 2008 bei Radio Blau in Leipzig und medienpolitisch in Sachsen aktiv, aber auch Fan einiger DJ-Community-Sender wie NTS aus London. Sie wird explizit Vertreter*innen dieser Sender einladen, um gemeinsam mit Vertreter*innen freier Radios in entspannter und doch strukturierter Runde zu sprechen und Pläne für eine bessere Radiowelt für uns alle zu schmieden 😉

Independent radio stations, a form of community radio, have existed in German-speaking countries since the 1970s. However, since the 2000s, a number of other stations that consider themselves community radio stations have been established that are not organized in the Federal Association of Independent Radio Stations, such as reboot.fm, Cashmere Radio, Refuge, Noods, Sphere, and Callshop Radio. Many of these stations tend to have younger teams, are well represented on social media, and often focus on DJ formats, but also have experimental, intercultural, and similar political aspirations as independent radio stations. In this workshop, we want to get to know each other better and learn from each other. What do we have in common, what distinguishes us, where and how exactly do we want to work more closely together in the future?
Anja Thümmler has been with Radio Blau in Leipzig since 2008 and is active in media politics in Saxony, but is also a fan of several DJ community stations such as NTS in London. She will explicitly invite representatives of these stations to talk with representatives of independent radio stations in a relaxed yet structured setting and forge plans for a better radio world for all of us 😉

Les radios libres, une forme de radio associative, existent dans l’espace germanophone depuis les années 70. Depuis les années 2000, cependant, plusieurs autres stations se présentant comme des radios associatives ont vu le jour, qui ne sont pas organisées au sein de l’association fédérale des radios libres, par exemple reboot.fm, Cashmere Radio, Refuge, Noods, Sphere ou Callshop Radio. Beaucoup de ces stations ont tendance à avoir une équipe plus jeune, sont bien représentées sur les réseaux sociaux, se concentrent souvent sur des formats DJ, mais ont également des ambitions expérimentales, interculturelles et politiques similaires à celles des radios libres. Dans cet atelier, nous voulons mieux nous connaître et apprendre les uns des autres. Qu’avons-nous en commun, qu’est-ce qui nous différencie, où et comment voulons-nous peut-être travailler plus étroitement ensemble à l’avenir ?
Anja Thümmler travaille depuis 2008 à Radio Blau à Leipzig et est active dans le domaine de la politique des médias en Saxe, mais elle est également fan de certaines stations communautaires de DJ telles que NTS à Londres. Elle invitera explicitement des représentants de ces stations à discuter avec des représentants des radios libres dans un cadre détendu mais structuré et à élaborer des plans pour un monde radiophonique meilleur pour nous tous 😉.
